Delivery Policy

WMS aims to deliver orders to customers in 3 to 7 working days, however, we shall not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control. We shall contact you to let you know if we are having any problems getting an item to you within that time.

We also advise that you provide an address for delivery where you or someone on your behalf will be available to sign for your parcel as deliveries take place during business hours and require a signature upon receipt.

 Some items are delivered directly by the supplier and the supplier may contact you to arrange delivery.

Ownership of an item will not pass to you until we have delivered the item to you (either directly, or by leaving it in a safe place or with a neighbour). When an item is delivered, risk of damage to or loss of the item passes to you.

 All our orders are sent with Royal Mail or courier, both services require a signature. You will receive an email upon dispatch of your order letting you know it is on its way. If there is no answer at the address when your parcel arrives, you will be left a calling card with instructions on how to collect your order or rearrange delivery.

Mainland UK Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee delivery times as they are only guidelines. Hence we are unable to refund delivery costs in the event that the delivery date does not meet the provided estimates. Unfortunately, deliveries cannot be made on a Saturday, Sunday or on a Bank Holiday.

International Delivery

We do not deliver outside of the Mainland UK.
